On Sunday, August 18, Andrea Carlson, award-winning chef /owner of Burdock & Co, will be collaborating with Glorious Organics to host an alfresco plant-based fundraising dinner in support of Fraser Common Farm.
The 90-seat dinner will feature plates by chef Andrea Carlson, a BC Restaurant Hall of Fame Local Champion; welcome cocktails crafted by Cowichan Valley’s Ampersand Distilling Co.; beer by Brassneck Brewery; naturalist wines by Nichol Vineyard; and items from generous producers and suppliers including Blue Heron Creamery, Level V Bakery and the Flourist. Accompanied by live music to set the mood, guests are invited to enjoy the natural wonders and alluring beauty of B.C.’s bounty through guided farm tours.
Tickets ($125 plus taxes and gratuity) can be purchased on Eventbrite. Full proceeds will be donated to the Fraser Common Farm.
