Top 10 in the same number of categories will now submit applications for judges
The public has spoken, and now the fates of numerous small businesses are in their own hands. Small Business BC has announced 10 semi-finalists in 10 categories for its 15th annual awards.
Members of the public voted for their favourite businesses, which are now encouraged to submit a detailed application. The lists of 10 will be narrowed down to five by a panel of judges on January 19. From there, the winners will be announced at the Small Business BC Awards Gala, taking place at the Vancouver Convention Centre on February 23.
Winners will receive $1,500 cash in the form of the Premier’s Prize, plus a one-year all-access pass to Small Business BC education and experts.
