Looking for a way to celebrate International Women’s Day at work? Tune in to this webinar

Next Tuesday, March 8, is International Women’s Day, and Small Business BC is celebrating with an all-star panel of local female leaders. The webinar, titled Breaking Biases in the Workplace, will take place online from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Moderating the panel discussion will be Lindsay Dent, founder of marketing agency Pink Crown Creative and host of the podcast Have You Met Her Yet?, which focuses on women in the workplace. Dent also earned Woman of Influence status in the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards.

The panelists include Anna Chan, founder of wellness app MyMomentum; Natasha Jeshani, president and CEO of human resources and recruitment consulting firm Career Contacts; and BCBusiness 30 Under 30 winner Michelle Kwok, co-founder and CEO of FLIK, an online platform that connects female leaders.

The panel will cover four topics:

• Why International Women’s Day is a powerful opportunity to drive change
• How to raise awareness and challenge bias in the workplace
• Why diversity is so important in the workplace
