Heart of Gold Miami Nights Gala

Heart and Stroke Foundation raises more than $900,000

The Heart and Stroke Foundation’s Heart of Gold Miami Nights Gala at Parq Vancouver on May 31 attracted more 500 guests. Presented by Newmont Goldcorp, the event raised more than $900,000 to support work in cardiac arrest and resuscitation.
Guests followed the strict dress code of black tie or Miami Nights attire: sophisticated, sexy, bright and elegant. Jennifer Rainnie was gala chair, and honourary chairs were Ian and Nancy Telfer.  The evening began with a silent auction and Palladio raffle followed by dinner, live entertainment, dancing and a late-night buffet.
