The Reos Partners co-founder will visit Vancouver for a keynote speech

If you want to make a difference as a leader, forget what you know about collaboration—and learn to get along with folks you might otherwise avoid. On October 12 at SFU Harbour Centre, best-selling author Adam Kahane delivers a keynote speech based on his new book, Collaborating With the Enemy: How to Work With People You Don’t Agree With or Like or Trust. Based in Cape Town and Montreal, Kahane is co-founder of Reos Partners, a social enterprise that helps people work together to confront complex challenges. During his 25-year international career, he’s found that conventional collaboration—focused on agreement, certainty and control—is becoming obsolete.
