Splash: Arts Umbrella 31st Annual Art Auction & Gala
CBC Vancouver
October 19, 2013

Splash, Arts Umbrella’s 31st annual gala, raised over $450,000, with more than 400 people in attendance at the CBC studios in Vancouver. Guests had the opportunity to bid on more than 100 works by artists from Vancouver and beyond at this high-profile charitable arts event.

The studios featured a diverse silent auction, as well as an astounding live auction. The room was packed with artists, donors, sponsors, Splash Luminaries and friends of Arts Umbrella. The top three art pieces were by Ross Penhall, Gordon Smith and Bobbie Burgers, and half of the art auctioned sold for over value.
