Richmond recognized internationally as a culinary hotspot

The secret is out: the best Asian food this side of the Pacific is to be found not in New York or San Francisco or, for that matter, in Vancouver, but instead in suburban Richmond. Or so concludes this culinary tour from the New York Times. Signature restaurants like Parklane and Kirin get the nod, but so do the food stalls at the Richmond Night Market and other humble holes in the wall.
