First bottled water, now Rocky Mountain air comes in a can

Riding the wellness trend, entrepreneurs are packaging Canada’s natural resources. Some have tapped into trees, like Burnaby–based 52° North which produces birch water and an Ontario company that makes a maple tree water called Sapsucker, calling it “a naturally pure alternative to bottled water.” But the most natural of all is Vitality Air, which sells canisters of air from Banff and Lake Louise plus products with glacier and spring waters as main ingredients.
