How to tackle food waste in Canada

On May 29, Canada's National Zero Waste Council (NZWC) released its updated National Food Waste Reduction Strategy. Now called A Food Loss and Waste Strategy for Canada, it recommends a coordinated national effort to close the food waste loop during the supply chain process–production, processing and distribution.
