Growth rate of small business startups in Canada declines 50 percent in 30 years

A new book released by the Fraser Institute, a public policy organization based in Vancouver shows that the growth rate of small business startups in Canada declined almost 50 percent from 1984-2014. One of the biggest reasons for this drop is an aging population.
