WestStone Group has earned a reputation over the past 20 years for designing with character and building with innovation. Nowhere is this more evident than in its latest project, Ultra, the 40-storey residential tower part of WestStone’s seven-and-a-half-acre West Village complex in the heart of Surrey’s new City Centre.

Having spent years assembling the land required for West Village, WestStone is now reaping the benefits of Surrey City Centre’s phenomenal evolution, which includes a new City Hall, library and retail, commercial and residential redevelopment. “Successes like Surrey City Centre come around only once in a lifetime and it has attracted international attention,” says Mann. “To be part of it is tremendously exciting, and even though West Village is still under development, our condos, townhomes and highrise suites are being snapped up by everyone from City Centre workers to people who work in downtown Vancouver who want to live in this new urban destination.”
