In 2012, Bloomberg reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin was sending more crude oil than ever to the U.S. Now the Financial Post is asking whether the countrys Pacific Northwest region—which currently gets its oil through Alaska and the Trans Mountain pipeline—will turn to Russia for supply.
