The 2014 Children’s Wish Foundation WISH Gala

Over 160 guests attended the inaugural WISH Gala to benefit the Children’s Wish Foundation of B.C. and Yukon. A VIP champagne reception was held on the 4th floor roof deck of the VAG, welcoming Children’s Wish families and children who have had wishes granted. Guests then descended to the forecourt of the VAG for a chance to bid on silent-auction items, followed by a plated dinner, compliments of Hawksworth Restaurant, wine pairing from the finest local wineries and dessert by Beaucoup Bakery. Over $80,000 was raised in net revenue in an effort to fulfill at least 8 new wishes.
