Last week, Hudson’s Bay Co. announced that it was selling Lord & Taylor’s flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York to co-working office rental firm WeWork. Lord & Taylor will rent a quarter of the building while WeWork takes over the rest for its headquarters and co-working space to lease out, according to the New York Times.
Now it seems that the downtown Vancouver Hudson’s Bay store may go the same route.
