Jonathan Bixby is the CEO of Strangeloop Networks, and this year his company was awarded the top prize for companies with fewer than 100 employees in the 2008 Best Companies to Work for in B.C., presented by BCBusiness at a gala ceremony at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. In this interview with digital editor John Bucher, Bixby talks about a corporate work-life culture, the value of conflict, and his company’s most valuable assets.
