Canadian Business just released its annual ranking of Canada’s richest areas. These Vancouver neighbourhoods made the cut

Shaughnessy and Kerrisdale made double appearances on Canadian Business magazine’s annual ranking of Canada’s wealthiest enclaves.
 
Kerrisdale and Kerrisdale Park ranked seventh and 11th respectively, while Shaughnessy Centre came in at No. 14.  West Vancouver’s tony West Bay and Sandy Cove neighbourhoods rounded out B.C.’s share of the list at No. 13.

Vancouver’s most expensive address? Shaughnessy Heights, at No. 4.

Canadian Business determined which neighbourhoods were wealthiest by taking the average net worth of all the households in a given census area defined by Statistics Canada, with research help from Environics Analytics.
