How does B.C.’s newly updated draft beer price minimum stack up against the rest of Canada?

The B.C. government announced today that it updated the minimum drink price for draft beer. However, rather than lower the minimum draft beer price of $0.25 per oz. ($5 for a pint)—which consumers haven’t been shy to complain about—the government created a new category that allows servings of draft beer over 50 oz. (i.e. pitchers of beer, which are approximately 60 oz.) to be priced at $0.20 per oz. So if it’s cheaper beer you’re after, you’d better be prepared to drink even more.
