Big Sisters 25th Anniversary Gala
Fairmont Waterfront Hotel
September 23

More than 300 guests attended the Big Sisters 25th Anniversary Gala at Vancouver’s Fairmont Waterfront Hotel. The event was sponsored by Silver Wheaton and hosted by Arran Henn from 103.5 QM/FM along with Fred Lee.

Guests were welcomed at a champagne reception and had a chance to bid on silent auction items before going into the ballroom for a three-course dinner. The evening’s entertainment included inspiring testimonials of mentoring and friendship from big and little sisters alike. Gala chair Wendy Johannson made the opening remarks, and a live auction ended the evening. More than $150,000 was raised during the gala.
