More than 650 guests attended the Vancouver Aquarium’s annual Toast to the Coast presented by CIBC. A record-breaking $145,000 was raised for aquatic conservation programs such as its award-winning nationwide Ocean Wise sustainable seafood program.

Guests walked the red carpet for a VIP reception in the new Teck Engagement Gallery. Fifteen delicious Ocean Wise restaurant partners participated this year along with four suppliers of divine desserts. Aside from great food and wine, there was also a silent auction and a raffle draw plus an after-hours lounge with a live band. Trolleys were available to guests for rides into downtown Vancouver at the end of the evening.
