Vancouver's meals on wheels industry is booming. But who are the folks behind the city's burgeoning food cart scene? 

The city has come a long way since its hotdog-only food cart day pre-2010. Since then, the City of Vancouver has added dozens of new food cart licenses, bringin the total to 20 mobile trucks and 103 carts roaming the city's streets.

The food truck business model has half the overhead and all the taste of a regular bricks-and-mortar restaurant biz. And BCBusiness took a look inside Vancouver's booming food cart industry to interview the innovative chefs cooking up the city's newest street eats.
