The summit began early in the morning with opening remarks and keynote speeches followed by a 2014 Top 100 winners panel and Q&A. Lunch in the ballroom followed a reception in the grand foyer. Opening remarks were made by Lois Nahirney, WXN Vancouver advisory board chair: Teekay Corporation EVP Corporate Resources. The luncheon keynote was made by Anne Giardini, Simon Fraser University chancellor, author and a 2014 Top 100 award winner. Pamela Jeffery, WXN founder, made closing remarks.

Co-presented by KPMG and SFU’s Beedie School of Business, the awards luncheon celebrated the 2014 Top 100 award winners from B.C. and the Territories. Each year, WXN hosts four Top 100 celebrations across the country: in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montréal.
