B.C. Hospitality Foundation’s Dish ‘N Dazzle
Vancouver Convention Centre
May 1, 2014

The B.C. Hospitality Foundation’s annual Dish ‘N Dazzle fundraiser attracted more than 500 guests to the Parkview Terrace of the Vancouver Convention Centre. The spectacular night of food, wine and cocktails was presented by the New Zealand Winegrowers and featured New Zealand wines paired with food prepared by 14 of Vancouver’s top restaurants. There was an exclusive Chardonnay table, specialty cocktail stations, a competition of B.C.’s finest bartenders, and the evening was topped off with a silent auction in support of the BCHF.

This year’s raffle was a 10-day air-and-land package to New Zealand courtesy of Air New Zealand and Goway Travel. The B.C. Hospitality Foundation is the industry’s charity of choice, providing financial support for individuals within the hospitality community who are coping with a financial crisis arising from a health or medical condition.
