Fewer wealthy immigrants are coming to Canada

Global wealth migration is accelerating, but traditional winners of the migration are losing. Analysts at New World Wealth, a market research firm based in South Africa that tracks the trends of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), observed an increase of movement of wealthy families globally, but their destinations are changing. The number of HNWI moving to Canada in 2017 was 37.5 percent less than in 2016.
