Wright Wealth Management

The Wright Wealth Management Group, a Vancouver-based team of financial professionals, deals with a wide range of clients: from young professionals to retirees and everyone in between.

But all of them have one thing in common, says Terry Wright, head of the Wright Wealth Management Group (WWMG). “Like the individuals who work here, they’re all nice people. We provide our clients the best possible service, and they, in return, appreciate what we do for them.”

Wright believes the key to investment success is finding a financial advisor who is not just nice, but also communicative and trustworthy. “There are thousands of financial advisors out there,” says Wright. “With us, our clients know their interests always come first.”

WWMG’s clients benefit from knowing their success leads to the team’s success.

“Knowing we are looking for life-long relationships provides the stability that clients appreciate,” Wright says. WWMG is a growing team of experienced finance professionals. In addition to being an advisor, Wright is a portfolio manager.

“Only a small percentage of financial advisors have the portfolio manager designation. It allows an advisor to take full responsibility for the selection of investments in a client’s portfolio. Otherwise, a financial advisor has to contact clients each time a change in investments needs to be made,” explains Wright.

WWMG is a part of Raymond James Ltd., the Canadian subsidiary of Raymond James Financial, one of North America’s largest independent wealth management firms. Raymond James works with clients in all aspects of their finances, including portfolio management, financial planning, wills and estate planning, tax planning and advisory, credit solutions, retirement planning and cash-flow projections.

Wright says it’s important to choose a financial advisor carefully.

“For many people, financial health is the most essential thing after personal health,” he says. “So choose wisely.”
