The former City of Vancouver planner says that “intercultural interaction“ is key to the strategy he‘s overseeing in the southern Ontario city. Seventy-three percent of Brampton residents are visible minorities, the Guardian reports.
One wonders if Beasley is talking to his cohorts in places like Richmond or Burnaby about pursuing a similar goal.
