Reflections Lounge Patio Opening Rosewood Hotel Georgia April 12, 2012 Sun-deprived Vancouverites flocked to the patio opening of Reflections Lounge to get their first taste of summer. Dubbed an "urban oasis," the new lounge is hidden within the inner courtyard of the Rosewood Hotel Georgia's fourth floor. The space has a modern appeal with water features, a central fire pit and VIP private cabanas, resulting in what feels like a scene from Las Vegas or South Beach.

While sipping Moscow Mules and Smoking Marias, guests sampled new head chef Ken Nakano’s artfully presented and innovative fusion flavours. Previously of the Fairmont Empress Victoria, Nakano served amuse-bouche-size portions of signature dishes like the striped shrimp terraine, scallop ceviche and the decadent chocolate raspberry turron. Cheers to the arrival of patio season!
