“Technicureans are achieving restaurant quality cooking results at home with the advanced use of technology and premium ingredients,” Byns says.
Signature Kitchen Suite’s 48-inch Dual Fuel Pro range, for instance, features two ovens—a full-size convection oven on the right side and a combination steam oven on the left. It also offers four gas burners, two induction burners and is the first range of its kind to offer built-in sous vide functionality.
Signature Kitchen Suite’s refrigeration lineup was designed to preserve the integrity of food and keep ingredients fresh. The French door and column refrigeration offers large capacity, and a five-mode convertible middle drawer is every organizer’s dream.
Midland’s SKS displays have many of the appliances showcased in demo mode, so customers can explore the functions and features during their shopping experience.
With an expanding team and new store openings in the pipeline, Midland Appliance recently launched a refreshed brand look to help tell the story of the company’s brand evolution and continued growth.
“We’ve spent the last year refining our brand identity to reflect our core values and quality offerings—a new image and new logo, but same ideals, same qualities,” says Jaclyn St. Pierre, brand marketing manager at Midland Appliance.
