Concord Pacific is excited not only by the fact that the two-tower Park George is the final phase of its master planned Park Place community, but also because this residential development is located in Surrey City Centre, one of the most exciting hubs of technology and business ever to emerge in Metro Vancouver.

It is estimated that about 1,000 people are moving to Surrey every year and pushing the city’s median age to under 40. As the city continues its trajectory to become the largest city in B.C. by 2041, it does so by building on its reputation formalized by fDI Intelligence, which recognized Surrey as one of the Top 10 mid-sized cities for Business Friendliness and Connectivity.
