The most expensive property in Metro Vancouver is at Belmont Estates, Vancouver, at $63 million, with five bedrooms, 12 bathrooms
B.C. had a bit of a cool-down in the real estate sector earlier in 2017, but Greater Vancouver remains the most expensive housing market in the country, with prices on the rise again across all residential properties. The West Coast’s appeal still fuels one of the most exclusive housing markets in Canada, according to Point2Homes.com.
The most expensive homes for sale in the province include some unique features, such as home theatres, wine cellars, infinity pools, gorgeous landscaping and stunning views. High-tech security systems, in-ground hot tubs and gourmet kitchens are also popular.
The No. 1 most exclusive estate in B.C., at 22,000 square feet, can accommodate about 100 guests for a sit-down concert. (Two properties are tied for fifth place.)
