DEADLINE EXTENDED: Applications are open for the 2025 BCBusiness 30 Under 30 competition

Let the application process begin!

Entries are now officially open for our 12th annual 30 Under 30 competition. Apply now for the chance to be named one of the province’s top young business leaders (and, of course, to be featured in print).

30 Under 30 winners will be highlighted in the March 2025 issue of BCBusiness magazine, and they must be under the age of 30 at the time of publishing: in other words, applicants must have a birthdate of March 1, 1995 or later.

A few things to note:

  • Nominees must live and work in British Columbia.
  • They may work for private, public sector or nonprofit organizations.
  • We welcome and encourage nominees who are Black, Indigenous and people of colour.

How to apply for the 2025 BCBusiness 30 Under 30

The application is an online form that can be accessed here. The form will not save automatically, so we suggest completing your answers in a separate document first.

This is your chance to show off: the application asks about your work, impact, innovations and community contributions. We also ask for the contact information of two references that can speak to your qualifications. Applicants must be available to be interviewed in late 2024.

Important note: If a nominee becomes a 30 Under 30 finalist, we will use the information from the nomination form and interview to prepare a profile for potential publication in the March 2025 issue of BCBusiness. If you provide financial, personal and other details that you wish to keep on background or off the record, it is your responsibility to let us know. BCBusiness makes every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not share stories with sources before publication.
