Our sister publication, Western Living magazine, has launched a brand-new awards program: the WL Design 25, celebrating 25 of the best new designs of the year.

While its WL Designers of the Year awards celebrate a body of work, the WL Design 25 awards are designed to focus on specific projects: from an inviting bedroom to a perfect chair, an elegant office space to a sustainably crafted coffee table. Designers of all disciplines—from interiors and architecture to furniture and industrial—are invited to enter.  

The 25 winners will be highlighted in the March/April 2024 issue of Western Living and promoted on WesternLiving.ca.

WL’s readers are loyal supporters of design in Western Canada—and winning a WL Design 25 means you’ll have their attention. 2. It’s easy to enter—and it’s free!

For its inaugural year, there are no entry fees associated with entering—just limits. That means you have to narrow down your entry to just five rooms or five products. Entering is easy—the toughest part will be deciding which projects to enter.

3. The WL Design 25 celebrates rooms of all shapes and sizes.

Gorgeous storage room? Excellent walk-in closet? Fantastic staircase? Enter it—along with incredible primary bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, stunning kitchens… if it’s a room, it’s eligible.
