AG Hair is proud to announce Troy Salt’s appointment to Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development. Troy’s commitment to achieving results partnered with his unwavering attention to customers’ needs has contributed to AG’s success and growth. The company’s success has culminated in AG being named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies in 2017 and 2018, and a current finalist for 2019.

Troy has witnessed AG Hair grow from distribution in Canada to worldwide sales in over ten countries on four different continents. Troy began his career at AG in 1997 as a sales consultant in the local Vancouver market. With a passion for the brand and sales, Troy continued to expand his territory, evolving his role and increasing his responsibility. Over the past 22 years, Troy has held positions as Key Account Manager, Corporate Sales Manager, Canadian Sales Manager, Director of Sales and most recently VP Sales.

As Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development, Troy is responsible for providing the strategic direction and leadership for the entire sales department. This includes forging new partnerships and a commitment to grow AG’s current distribution from 12 to 25 countries over the next five years. In his new role, Troy will continue to report directly to CEO, Graham Fraser.
