Fishing for Kids Kickoff Reception

Nearly 200 VIPs gathered at the Reflections at Rosewood Hotel Georgia terrace bar for the Fishing for Kids Kickoff Reception. The event was a send off for the participants of the Fishing for Kids Tournament, which took place the following day in the breathtaking beauty of Haida Gwaii. The West Coast Fishing Club hosted this annual event that benefits the Canucks Autism Network, and has contributed over $4 million to help B.C. children’s charities. Special guest Juno Award-winning singer Jann Arden performed by the swimming pool and the evening ended with a live auction.

Update: The 2013 Fishing for Kids Tournament raised $1.1 million for the Canucks Autism Network.
