Cicely Belle Blain took to Twitter to spread the message.
In the wake of the murder of George Floyd in Minnesota and the worldwide protests that have followed, a Vancouver entrepreneur is reminding their fellow black business owners that it’s OK to not get back to everyone.
Cicely Belle Blain of Cicely Blain Consulting, a Vancouver-based diversity and inclusion consulting business, posted an out-of-office reply on Twitter this week. Blain also encouraged those with black employees to “cut them some slack” this week.
